Final blog post!

Sadly this is our final blog post! Are team worked pretty productively one thing that did happen occasionally was once someone was done they didn't have anything else to do so they just sat around for the rest of the class. The worst part of SMG was probably was try to figure out how to get the percent return and transaction sheets. The best part of SMG was coming up with silly code names for are stocks. Are average amount of money was $51,000. Are lowest amount of money was 31,450      and are highest was $97,563 (not counting the money we started with). Are average rank was 75 out of 90 not the best and are average amount of money was $32,226.Today Lucian was working on the graphs and now is working on the blog. Theo has been working on the jeopardy game with the group. Courtney has been working on the bulk of the I movie and a graph. We finished in 79th out of 90. As you can see we didn't do that well in the game. Theo is working on are jeopardy,

transaction sheets code names tickers and facts about the stock market. We ended up with a total amount of $48,651 and remember we started with $100,000 so we lost a total of $52,349. The latest oil price we could find was $59.12 per unit. The DJ IA is at 18,035.53. 

Week #9 and final week w/ Magic Money Multipliers

Hello guys! It is the last day of SMG. Today is a finishing up day and we are selling all of our stocks and are doing the second to last blog. Like usual I am doing the blog (Theo). Courtney and Lucien are doing transaction sheets and selling the lot. We have moved down to 73 place but it sounds like a lot
of people have sold all there stocks before us. The price of gold per ounce is $1,208.

Magic Money Multipliers Week # 8

Today is the start of week #8 of the stock market game. A few of the stocks have gone down a bit but some have gone up. Today Lucian is selling GoGo Juice and do a transaction sheet of it. Also today Courtney is working keeping an eye on stocks and doing transactions sheets. We thought of selling Generic shoes but it is still a few less money that we want it at. And today I am working on the blog. As you can see we have moved up a lot in the rankings. We have moved up to 65 of 90. This week the price of gold is $1,217.18 per ounce.

SMG Week 7 W/ Magic Money Multipliers

Hello Everyone,

 Today in the stock market game it is pretty slow the hole stock market has gone down and we really don't want to sell anything. Courtney is looking at new stocks to buy since we want to make money when the market gets back up. Lucian is working on the same thing and doing transaction sheets. Me, Theo is working on the blog. As you can see we have have moved up to 79 from 81 place.

       

Magic Money Multiplayers Week 6

Today friday Theo is buying generic shoes stock at an average of $102.40 and Courtney is looking up stocks and Lucian is writing the blog with Theo. We are really hoping that Generic shoes does not pull a Theo. We have sold all 1000 shares of TXT to make and made about 55 thousand dollars. As you can see we have moved up 3 places from last week. The price of gold has gone up and is at its height in two weeks. Hope you enjoyed the blog post, Lucien and Theo.

5th blog post Magic Money Multipliers

This is our 5th blog post! All of our stocks are going down. We are in 84th out of 90th place. Theo is working on fixing our older blogs, Lucian is checking our stocks and looking at new ones, and I am working on our blog. We are deciding not to sell today our plan is to see how they are doing next week. we aren't buying today either because we are only at $16,817.16.  DJ in going down.

Week #3 Magic Money Multipliers

Today is the end of week #3. The GoGo juice looks like it is going to pull a Theo because it is going down a bit. Although we are going to see if it will go back up we might need to sell it. GoGo juice is only down 3 dollars it does not have a history for going up that high. It also was not Theo who bought it it was Lucian and Courtney. Today Courtney and Lucian are looking at stocks and filling out transaction sheets.we haven't bought any stocks today because we don't have much money left we have about 16,000 dollars.

Hopefully the next stocks will work out. The DJIA is down so theres not much hope for that it went down $219.89 and the price of gold is going down. So thats all we did this week hope you enjoyed this perfected stock.

Week # 3 Magic Money Multipliers

 Today we sold grandpa corp. because it was failing and we had to sell it before it bottomed out. The original price we bought it for was $69.40 and we sold it for $34.90 we lost a total of $8859.25.

As you can see from the photo Lucian is very sad :(. 

We now say if someone makes a mistake they pulled a Theo because he was the one who bought the bad stock. We bought Go Go juice stock and it's been going up so we are hoping we didn't pull a Theo. The DJIA has been going up hopefully are it will stay there so are stocks will go up hopefully are new stocks will balance out are other stocks. Courtney is trying to find new stocks while lucian is writing the blog theo is out sick. So that concludes week 3 of the SMG game.

Week 2 of the SMG game

Today (Friday the 13 of February) Magic Money Multipliers Invested in Grandpa Corp. We had gotten Grandpa corp because it looks like it is going down, but it also has been high so we think if it goes again high we can sell it. We wanted to get the company CRAP, but it was in a european stock market. So we couldn't invest in it. Here is a photo of theo working on SMG

Blog Number 1 Magic Money Multiplayers Rules and Goals

Hello we are the Magic Money Multiplayers and we are participating in the SMG. So far we have been looking into The stocks Black Sheep, Uncle corp and Greasy burger these are all fake names just so the competitors don't go looking up Greasy burger. We have created some rules and goals for the game so here they are.

                  RULES

1. Talk to the group before you invest

2. Everyone takes photos videos and writes blog posts

3. Invest no more than $15,000 in one day

4. Never sell all your stocks at once

                 

                  GOALS 

5. Have at least one successful stock

6. Make at least $50,000

7. Invest in more then 4 companies
